1. Who is responsible
Develop Method LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at mitrovicdimitrije47@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to work with our clients:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number and company name, when you write to us or become a client.
- Billing details — company name, address and tax identifiers needed to issue an invoice. We do not store card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider.
- Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send us.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors.
3. Why we use it
- to answer enquiries and prepare proposals;
- to deliver the services we have agreed;
- to issue invoices and keep accounting records;
- to comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Data belonging to our clients' customers
When we build or maintain a system for a client, we may have access to data about that client's own customers — for example contacts stored in their CRM. In that situation the client is the controller of that data and we act only on their instructions. We do not use such data for our own purposes, do not copy it out of their systems, and remove our access when the engagement ends.
5. Who else sees it
We use third-party providers to run our business. Where they process data on our behalf, they are bound to do so only for us:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email providers;
- our payment processor, for invoicing and payments;
- our bank and, where required, our accountant.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
6. International transfers
We are established in the United States and work with clients in Europe, so personal data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. Where data originates in the European Economic Area, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by our providers.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law, and then deleted.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide it to you in a portable form. You may also object to certain processing. Write to mitrovicdimitrije47@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area and believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
We keep access to client systems limited to the people who need it, use two-factor authentication where available, and do not store credentials in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the size of our operation.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
